Are you a detail-oriented leader with quality inspection experience in the medical device or Aerospace industry and have CURRENT or RECENT experience in a CNC machining manufacturing facility or CNC machining manufacturer of products?

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Manager to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our quality control program, ensuring that devices meet the highest standards of safety and efficacy.

salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control lab and the quality control inspectors. This includes ensuring product inspections comply with the Quality Management System and creation of quality specifications and documentations. Hands-on inspection is also required. MUST HAVE CURRENT EXPERIENCE WITHIN A CNC MACHINE SHOP OR MANUFACTURE OF CNC MACHINE COMPONENTS.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversight of the Quality Control lab and inspectors

2. Maintain pace of inspections to production needs

3. Troubleshoot, diagnose and train on CNC Machines and testing equipment and aiding inspectors in inspection process and techniques

4. Creation and review of Non-conformance reports

5. Creation and implementation of Corrective and Preventative Action reports

6. Interaction with product supplier quality teams

7. Maintenance of Device History Records

8. Identify areas for improvement of the Quality Management System

9. Participation in inter-departmental meetings and planning
