We are looking for someone with a bright personality and great customer service skills to work at Toyota of Irving. You will be working at the front of the dealership as the receptionist to help assist our guest with their needs from calling a salesperson to making temporary license plates.   Job Descriptions: * Shift will alternate on Saturdays from 8-3 and 3-9 ( Must be able to work on Saturdays if needed) * Night time reception shifts during the week 4-9 * Must work a minimum of 2 nights per week (if part time) * Manages the telephone switchboard * Receives incoming calls, determines the nature of the calls, transfers calls to appropriate people, takes and relays messages, places * Stock in and hand out license plates * Handles mailing procedures * Keep customer area supplied with coffee and snacks  * Basically be the face of our dealership and greet and help all of our guest enthusiastically  * Responsible for creating and maintaining a superior guest experience * Makes sure the coffee bar is cleaned and stocked with coffee/cookies     Requirements * High School Diploma or GED * One year experience as a receptionist
