Position Title: REGIONAL MERCHANDISE & MARKETING MANAGER - CORPORATE DINING (DALLAS, TX OR ST. LOUIS, MO)

Pay Grade: 16

Reports To: RVP, Operations

Salary: $110,000-$120,000/yr.

Job Summary

The Regional Merchandise & Marketing Manager is a key leader on the team and is responsible for communicating, training, and providing implementation support on marketing and merchandising elements for all consumers experience programs and services. This role will lead the marketing function for the region, supporting growth, innovation, customer and client experiences, and stewarding the Company brand.

Candidates must have foodservice operational marketing and business & industry (B&I) experience. They should reside in one of the following cities: Minneapolis, Des Moines, Chandler AZ, Dallas TX, St. Louis, and the role requires 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates solutions that will enhance the customer experience

  • Coaches and inspires unit marketing managers to achieve profitability, sales, and impact goals

  • Serves as a centralized planning resource, overseeing content and standards

  • Creates and participates in client innovation updates, making strategic recommendations based on collected consumer insights

  • Utilizes industry market research to validate project objectives and leverage opportunities associated with emerging trends

  • Collaborates with onsite marketing managers to ensure quality and alignment

  • Requires 50% travel

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 5 years of marketing experience in the foodservice industry

  • Must have foodservice operational marketing and B&I experience

  • Strategic, creative, and innovative - stays up to date with current marketing tools and trends

  • Detail and timeline-oriented

  • Base understanding of financial concepts: revenue, margins, costs, and risks

  • Ability to work with a wide variety of internal functions

  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to adjust content across stakeholders
