Power BI Data Analyst

Our client is looking for a Power BI Data Analyst with finance experience.

• Day to Day Scenario: This person will support the Human Resources department by conducting labor margin analysis and building comprehensive reports using PowerBI and SQL. This role focuses on optimizing labor efficiency and technician productivity within collision repair centers, providing financial insights that help guide workforce planning, compensation strategies, and operational performance improvements.

• Data could be used for Labor Margin Analysis, Workforce Planning & Strategy, Cost Management & Optimization, Financial Reporting & Compliance, Visual Insights for HR and Operations
