Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of engineering project management principles. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, facilitating communication among team members, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate project planning and scheduling meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved and informed.

· Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that project milestones and deadlines are met.

· Serve as a liaison between engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

· Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

· Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks in a timely and effective manner.

· Monitor project progress and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

· Support the implementation of project management best practices and processes within the engineering team.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.

· 2-5 years of proven experience in project coordination or facilitation, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.

· Strong understanding of engineering project management principles and methodologies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant project management certification.

· Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.

· Familiarity with project management methodologies.

  • The starting pay range for this position is $89,000 - $120,100. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
