Prosperity- An EisnerAmper Company is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our wealth management team here in Iselin, NJ. As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing high net worth client relationships while implementing effective investment strategies. You will partner closely with client advisors and the broader investment team to ensure that client portfolios are aligned with their financial objectives, risk profiles, and time horizons.
Your insights into market conditions, investment principles, and portfolio construction will be integral to making informed decisions that drive the success of our clients' portfolios. We operate in a hybrid work environment with three days onsite and two days remote.

Partner with client advisors to identify new business opportunities, including meeting with prospects and preparing proposals for investment management services.
Articulate and provide insights into the firm's investment philosophy, including strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, and segmentation.
Regularly communicate with clients, providing performance updates, market trends, portfolio positioning, and rationale behind any changes made to their portfolios.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns with integrity and a high level of care.
Actively contribute to investment team discussions about economic and market conditions and their impact on client portfolios.
Analyze and synthesize market research, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that may affect client portfolios.
Ensure that client portfolios are constructed and implemented in line with their goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and constraints.
Implement tactical portfolio recommendations in a timely manner and work closely with trading staff to ensure accurate and efficient trade execution.
Provide research and analytical support for the broader investment team as needed.
Collaborate effectively with other portfolio managers and investment professionals to share information, ideas, and feedback to support client success.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics or related experience.
7+ years of experience working with high-net-worth individuals and portfolio management.
Series 7 and 65 are required.
CFA preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with various financial planning, CRM, portfolio management and document management software.
Has a deep understanding of RIA channel and independent financial advice delivery channel.
Financial planning/wealth management acumen, judgment and experience in working with high net worth clients.
Solid strategic thinker, creative problem solver and competent decision maker.
Proven people leader, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Possesses a passion for the business and working with clients.
