EisnerAmper is looking to fill a position within our Technology Department, focusing on Demand and Delivery Leadership. In this role, you will support the full quality life cycle, from early-stage program planning through to warranty completion and transition to support. We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. This position can be based in NJ, Philadelphia, or Florida, with flexibility for remote work and some travel required.


You will have the opportunity to craft our Demand and Delivery strategy, influence Agile practices, and lead project managers to support high quality delivery of innovative and strategic solutions. The ability to plan, execute effectively, and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role. Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority, while building relationships among the business units, IT leaders, and IT vendors to deliver projects and systems that meet EAG's enterprise project quality standards.

What Work You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Leads and facilitates portfolio planning, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, prioritization, and performance reporting.

  • Directs project teams to define scope, requirements, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

  • Evaluates and manages risks to the portfolio, ensuring standardized communication, reporting, and escalation for resolution to project sponsors and leadership.

  • Develops and maintains resource utilization and forecasting models.

  • Collaborates regularly with leadership to understand the organization's vision, business plans, and key business drivers.

  • Prepares cost-benefit analyses for proposed projects, monitors progress, cost, and success of initiatives, and conducts post-implementation reviews.

  • Leads the development, administration, and measurement of project management and business analysis standards, best practices, processes, and procedures.

  • Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations and business objectives.

  • Serves as a unifying force, positioning operational discussions at both strategic and tactical levels.

  • Acts as a change agent, influencing all levels of the organization.

  • Excels in strategic planning and decision-making.

  • Builds and leads successful teams through staffing, coaching, and mentoring, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively and leads through vision, values, and a focus on organizational goals.

  • Builds strategic working relationships across the organization.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline

  • 10+ years leading a PMO Team (Building initial strategy/framework through leading a department level PMO organization)

  • 10+ years of project and program experience

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently

  • Proven leadership skills with experience working with a high degree of ambiguity

  • Demonstrated experience operating in an unstructured & collaborative environment

  • Track record of managing cross functional teams, and experience with managing multiple projects at once

  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align on a shared vision, across teams, departments, as well as titles (from admins to senior executives)

  • Project Management Certification

  • Experience with industry project management toolsets (ms project, smartsheets, etc.)

  • Experience in the Professional Services and or accounting firm industry

  • MBA or Master's degree
