We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts. Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Prepare and set up CNC lathes according to specifications and instructions.

• Program Interpretation: Read and interpret technical blueprints, CAD designs, and CNC programs.

• Tool Selection and Installation: Choose appropriate cutting tools, install them, and make adjustments as needed.

• Operation Monitoring: Operate CNC lathe machines, monitor their performance, and make necessary adjustments.

• Quality Control: Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, using precision measuring tools.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with machine operation or output quality.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and quality control checks.

• Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaboration: Work with engineers, programmers, and other team members to optimize production processes

The essential functions of this role include:
