Randstad is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler for our client located in Ronkonkoma, NY. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling electronic components and working with small parts in a manufacturing or production environment. Requirements:

• Previous experience in electronic assembly or a related field is preferred.

• hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

• Familiarity with soldering techniques and electronic assembly tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or electronics environment.

• IPC certification or equivalent experience (a plus, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, circuits, and systems based on provided blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions.

• Solder and de-solder components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) with precision.

• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment to complete assembly tasks.

• Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they adhere to client specifications.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality goals.
