Some travel is required (estimated 15-25%). This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As Digital Strategy and Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for: * Driving strategy and transformation efforts within Ultrasound Customer Service, including expanding on implementation of a digital customer service platform and developing initiatives to achieve financial targets. * Collaborating with Service Business Leaders within Ultrasound Customer Service, Service Portfolio, IT, and beyond to help realize the current strategic roadmap and goal setting for the future. * Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities to enhance Ultrasound Customer Service packages, including software offerings. * Monitoring and reporting on progress towards digital and business transformation objectives and agreed upon deadlines. * Supporting the Strategy and Transformation and other Customer Service teams identify opportunities to improve performance; activities include data analysis/research, solution design and implementation planning, governance of initiative execution, and KPI tracking. * Communicating progress of Strategy and Transformation efforts and value generated to a broad group of stakeholders, including executive and regional/country leadership. * Successfully communicate and present across all levels and geographies to gain commitment of key stakeholders on Business Improvement and transformational, programs and projects This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers: * Working on digital transformations, with specific experience in medical device digital technologies. * Supporting a Healthcare Service or Sales organization. * Collecting data from Power BI and creating dashboards. * Knowledge of the medical industry, Ultrasound business in particular a plus. * High level of emotional intelligence, collaboration, and strong execution skills are required. * Ability to travel.
