Job Description Summary:

This role will support and coordinate onboarding and training programs. Responsible for coordination of travel and scheduling of onboarding program. This will include managing the learning management system for in-person training and virtual training programs. Responsible for scheduling classes, updating materials, coordinating travel, coordinating equipment and communicating with participants. Maintains training activity records. This is an entry level position.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person training programs

  • Establishes guidelines and protocols for developing, publishing and updating custom content in the Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Schedule all training modules to launch through the LMS. (i.e. required learning, onboarding)

  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, evaluations)

  • Prepare and disseminate material. (e.g. participant guides, job aids, handouts, evaluations)

  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors, learning leaders and training participants

  • Manage and analyze training evaluations for all programs

  • Process vendor invoices

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • 1 – 2 years of experience working in Human Resources, HR Information Systems or Learning & Development role

Basic Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Learning Management System administration

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Effective project management skills

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision

  • Experience working independently in a collaborative, professional environment

  • Ability to think broadly and demonstrate a high level of initiative

Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 1 year working with a Learning Management System.

  • 1 year working in HRIS with Workday

Due to state pay transparency laws, the full range for the position is below:

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $23.25-$38.74
