Job Summary : Responsible for the accurate execution of laboratory experiments and contributing to the design of scientific procedures. This position aids in the development of scientific discovery and supports Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for the customer.

What you’ll be doing :

• Perform routine qualitative and quantitative laboratory procedures under minimal supervision, following all safety protocols and GLP.

• Prepare experiments and samples for analyses.

• Analyze and accurately report results in a timely manner to contribute to scientific meetings and project outcomes.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshooting procedures as needed in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Accurately document all procedures following customer requirements.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor’s Degree in applied/laboratory sciences with direct laboratory coursework.

• 0-2 years of direct laboratory experience.

• Ability to conform to all customer requirements for background checks, health and safety issues, security clearances, and medical checkups.

• Strong communication skills.

• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role :

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

• Basic computing skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).

• Skilled at prioritizing tasks, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines.

• Ability to understand and follow scientific protocols, policies, and procedures.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $55,500.00 - $92,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
