B. Blair is currently seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to become a part of our team. This position entails working on excavation projects, often transferring from one task to another whenever the situation requires. The position is well suited to the individual looking to grow their career in the trades or continue their growth in the industry.

Job Responsibilities -- What will you do?

• Performs duties involving shoveling, raking, jack hammering, heavy lifting, and the use of multiple small tools.
• Mixes, pours, and spreads concrete, asphalt, gravel, and other material using hand tools.
• Cleans tools, materials, and work areas.
• Communicates with crew members to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications -- Who are we looking for?

• GED/high school diploma or related work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Dependable transportation to work daily.
• Pass drug test prior to employment.
• Valid Driver's License.
