In order to better align with customer and dealer needs, AGCO has implemented the Agronomy and Farm Solutions team, whose mission is to identify, test, and validate new solutions designed to improve net farm income. Field research and literature reviews are important tools employed to value opportunities as engineering projects get kicked off. When products are in final development, the Agronomy and Farm Solutions team proves grower ROI and the effectiveness of solutions through field evaluations for farms in targeted customer segments. Marketing uses that information for commercialization of products and services to demonstrate enhanced value to our customers.
