This is a AI Product Manager remote position. 

Job Summary: The AI Product Manager will be responsible for supporting our clients through technology change and aiding people to develop new processes around innovation. We are seeking someone with a knowledge of technology and change management to work closely with stakeholders to transform business processes and successfully adopt new automation and AI. You will work with our clients to contribute to their enterprise transformation initiatives and collaborate with relevant technology partners to facilitate training, product updates, project communication, and process improvement recommendations. The AI Product Manager is also able to communicate directly with clients to further refine products and processes based on client needs. The AI Product Manager will analyze the latest advancement in key products and services areas such as AI, Digital Transformation, and Cloud-based applications to support HORNE's positioning to successfully implement new technology to meet our clients' needs.

Work with AI & Innovation team to establish scope, deliverables and resources requirements. Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy to enhance customer experiences by leveraging data technologies, AI and Gen AI. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to drive product development. Stay ahead of AI industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Lead the development of product backlogs for building and scaling AI capabilities. Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch. Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and refine AI-driven features and capabilities that meet the needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, marketing, and sales, to ensure product vision alignment and to drive the successful execution of product initiatives. Measure product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Implement metrics and KPIs to track the success of AI initiatives. Articulate value proposition of new AI and technology features to stakeholders to drive adoption and prepare presentations to senior leaders across domains and functions. Coordinate across Focus Areas (Industry/Sector and IT) to support transformation initiatives. Design new product and services, relay any challenges and resolutions to leadership, and communicate milestones to appropriate stakeholders in a clear, accurate, and timely manner. Manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects using an Agile approach. Other tasks that may be required to complete project requirements.

Work environment: Work to be performed in HORNE office setting or remotely

Physical demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Travel required: Anticipated less than 10% travel, according to business needs.

Required education and Experience: Indicate requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity. Five (5) to seven (7) years' experience in Data and/or AI tech product management. Experience with AI/ML solutions, digital applications, and modern cloud-based platforms. Agile practitioner with experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary pods. Previous hands-on experience with value stream mapping. Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive adoption of new solutions. Experience with roadmap prioritization and communicating benefits of new technology. Strong problem-solving skills with experience exercising mature judgment and bridging gaps. Able to write and present in a clear and succinct manner that appeals to a wide audience. Ability to identify gaps in organization's posture for change, including AI nd technologies. Background check required.

Preferred education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in data, technology / STEM or MBA with technical focus preferred. Experience working with Lean Six Sigma and business process re-engineering.
