Summary:

 AP® is a rigorous academic program built on the commitment, passion and hard work of students and educators from secondary schools and higher education. With almost 40 courses in a wide variety of subject areas, AP provides willing and academically prepared high school students with the opportunity to study and learn at the college level. The AP program is continuing to rapidly expand its development of instructional and assessment products under the leadership of the growing Assessment Production team. The team currently consists of 24 talented and collaborative professionals with expertise in a variety of domains that are integral to the assessment production process and will continue to expand over the next year.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Create and facilitate the quality control of AP Exam form components in relevant exam authoring system(s) for all courses. Work with content and technical teams to certify that all AP Exam forms have been developed and will be delivered according to defined processes and specifications. Develop and manage schedules that prioritize certification and downstream hand-off efforts, escalating issues as needed to ensure project deadlines are met. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital AP Exams, as needed. Coordinate hand-off of finalized AP Exams to downstream delivery systems and print vendors, as appropriate, in accordance with the overall AP Exam plan

Willingness and ability to travel domestically 1-2 times per quarter. 3+ years of relevant operations and/or project management experience, preferably in the education industry. High degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A passion for supporting educational and career opportunities for millions of students. Bachelor's degree is required. You must be authorized to work in the US
