This Position is for a Commercial Title Examiner (Remote) with a company located in Jackson.

Job Summuary: We are currently searching for an experienced Commercial Examiner with Ohio-specific experience. Search public records and examine titles to determine legal condition of primarily commercial or industrial property title. Copy or summarize recorded documents which affect the condition of title to the property. Works independently and uses experience to examine title to real property, ranging in complexity, to determine status and establish chain of title. Builds base of experience with different types of property. Projects undertaken can range from simple parcels requiring a few hours of production time to commercial properties that may take days or even weeks to complete.The Paint Line Manager will provide Technical and Supervisory support and oversight to multiple Paint Line functions within the Taylorsville manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be responsible for optimizing Paint Department performance.  This position will serve as the primary caretaker of all Paint Line processes and Equipment. This position will facilitate the scheduling, coordination, and completion of all Maintenance activity associated with the Paint Line. This position is responsible for the execution of all production activity associated with the Paint Line. All Paint Line hourly personnel will report directly to this position and the PME will have all supervisory responsibility associated with said Employees. The Paint Line Manager will be directly accountable for the attainment of all operational goals associated with the line as it pertains to the Safety of departmental Employees, the Quality of the products produced on Paint Line Equipment, the meeting of production schedules and the attainment of hourly production expectations, and the management of all production costs related to paint materials utilization and labor expenditures. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Performs title examination and examines the chain of title for a wide range of title orders, primarily commercial/residential. Abstracts and analyzes records, such as leases, subleases, liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and plot and map books. Determines ownership and legal restrictions to verify legal description of property and completeness of records that may cross county lines. Resolves most issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title documentation. Prepares initial title commitment documentation based on the application of procedural guidelines. Prepares and reviews reports for accuracy. May provide underwriting interpretation within established guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years directly related experience  State license(s) if required Detail / quality orientation Analytical review skills Research skills Strong problem solving skills Communication skills, both verbal and written Customer service orientation Standard MS skill set Proficient with company operating systems Knowledge of legal terms helpful.
