This is a job for a Health & Productivity Consultant (Remote) position.

SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and delivering a broad range of programs and initiatives that assist clients in improving the health risks of their employees. In coordination with client service teams, assist with the assessment, design, implementation and measurement of Health & Productivity programs. Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Handles client presentations on scope and potential ROI of Health & Productivity programs. Develops and implements client Health & Productivity programs, includes program design, value based strategies and consumer driven benefit structures while incorporating a holistic approach to all well-being pillars. Manages defined book of clients. Assists clients with internal selling of program. Assesses and selects third party vendors to meet client needs. Designs and tracks relevant measurement criteria of client programs. Assists in negotiation of key terms with vendors/providers. Authors articles and case studies as required. Studies evolving Health & Productivity databanks and legislative environment and adjusts service offerings and client programs accordingly. Continued refinement of department Health & Productivity service offering, including pricing of services. Development of marketing and program collateral. Partners with Alliant's national practice on client engagement in Health & Productivity and related activities including client needs analysis, market/vendor evaluations, program design, program implementation/communication and program evaluation/metrics. Creates programs, tools and resources for inclusion in a centralized library of templates, tools and resources to support Alliant staff and clients with program implementation, maintenance and evaluation. Trains and partners with local team members on Health & Productivity best practice processes and client implementation protocols focused on local and national efforts. Participates in the design and implementation of national Health & Productivity practice initiatives. Acts as primary point for regional vendor relationships and maintains regional resource lists for educational and vendor seminars. Contributes to Health & Productivity newsletters and other communication content directed at both internal and external stakeholders. Maintains knowledge of Health & Productivity industry by regularly participating in online webinars and conferences. Collection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding invoices. Recognize and solve problematic plan designs and raise compliance concerns. Understand compliance guidance related to implementing point solutions. Strong understanding of social determinants of health and geographic determinants (GDOR) theories and able to present reports to clients along with strategic recommendations. Supports sales and new business development opportunities. Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information). Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Employee Benefits industry or equivalent. Five (5) or more years of related work experience in the public health, occupational health, health promotion, or nursing fields. Advanced degrees such as RN, RD, Public Health, etc. desired. Advanced Certifications preferred: CHES, CWP, CWPC, CWPM, CWPD, CWWPC.

SKILLS: Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications skills. Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skills. Internal or external client support including formal presentations and client-level issue resolution. Proficient in understanding clients' business issues and transferring that knowledge to Health & Productivity r lated solutions. Proven leadership, with excellent problem-solving and management skills. Ability to review health plan data and make observations and recommendations. Proven analytical skills. Strong Public Speaking skill. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
