REQUIREMENTS:

The area supervisor is responsible for supervising multiple locations. Coaching and training store management to run profitable restaurants and making sure the restaurants meet all McDonald's critical customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. The area supervisor will work with his/her owner and director to set the restaurant's goals and creates and executes an action plan to achieve the goals for each location.

The ability to effectively communicate with one of the most diverse workforces in the world today. Effective at adapting coaching and training to keep all team members on the same page and moving the success of their restaurant forward.

The area supervisor also will be responsible for maintaining profitability and putting into place what is needed to make sure that each restaurant has the right team lead into the future.

Ideal Candidates should have previous McDonald's experience running high volume locations. A Hamburger University graduate is strongly desired, or equivalent experience in hospitality or retail.
