Job Title: Assembler - Small Panel
Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble industrial power systems
Wire electrical components
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, process sheets, and schematic drawings
Utilize hand and power tools including power drills, wire crimpers, wire strippers, screwdrivers, hammers, and tape measures
Stand for the entire shift and occasionally stand on ladders for assembly
Essential Skills
Proficiency with tape measures, power drills, and other hand tools
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematic drawings
Experience in wiring electrical components
Mechanical aptitude and experience with assembly processes
High School Diploma or GED

Profit sharing bonuses are paid out quarterly and typically equal about $1 extra per hour. Benefits are provided immediately upon permanent hire and are paid for by the company.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, construction, handyman work, HVAC, automotive, or related fields
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Proficiency using hand and power tools
Experience with wiring, soldering, electrical assembly, maintenance, or installation
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50
