Description

As a Business Analyst / Project Manager, you will play a dynamic role in bridging business needs with technical solutions while ensuring the successful execution of projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including developers, designers, and strategists—you will gather requirements, create detailed project plans, and oversee software development using Agile methodologies. This hybrid position is based in Jacksonville, Florida.

Requirements

5+ years of combined experience in business analysis and project management roles.

Proven experience working in software development environments, particularly with Agile methodologies.

Strong understanding of Scrum and demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master.

Exceptional skills in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.

Familiarity with software development processes, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving.

Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Asana, GitHub, DevOps, Confluence, or similar project management software.
