Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

We are seeking skilled carpenters with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential projects and will start by working on local projects with the potential for statewide travel after an initial period.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects in distribution, manufacturing, shipping, and receiving facilities.

• Complete tasks on local projects for the first 90 days, with potential for statewide travel thereafter.

• Engage in additional commercial structure projects including office buildings, restaurants, and strip malls.

• Primarily work indoors with occasional exterior work.

• Utilize general construction hand and power tools.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of carpentry experience.

• Proficiency in commercial and residential carpentry.

• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.

• Experience with painting, drywall, sanding, roller and brush work, patching, caulking, and trim work.

• Knowledge in framing, finish carpentry, concrete work, blueprint reading, rough carpentry, and door installation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in demolition, cabinetry, formwork, painting, and door finishing.

• Ability to handle metal stud work and use a tape measure effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00
