The ideal candidate | | | will be able to collaboratively | | | and effectively work with or | | | supervise other craft team | | | members. | | | | | | YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: (Reasonable | | | accommodations may be made to | | | enable individuals with | | | disabilities to perform the | | | essential functions of the job.) | | | | | | - Be able to perform all | | | essential functions of the | | | craft workers under his/her | | | supervision. | | | - Perform task planning to | | | safely and efficiently carry | | | out all aspects of that work | | | assigned. | | | - Ensure that concrete | | | finishers are qualified to | | | perform their work. | | | - Gain complete understanding | | | of scope of work and related | | | parts of the project. | | | - Conduct tool box meetings and | | | communicate safety concerns, | | | work scope, plans, and | | | schedules to crews. | | | - Plan and communicate with | | | warehouse, purchasing, and | | | supervisor to assure an | | | adequate supply of tools, | | | materials, and equipment are | | | available. | | | - Ensure through personal | | | inspections that correct | | | construction procedures are | | | followed and work is in | | | compliance with plans and | | | specifications. | | | - Develop weekly work plans and | | | monitor production. | | | | | | WHAT YOU BRING TO THE | | | TEAM:(Reasonable accommodations | | | may be made to enable individuals | | | with disabilities to perform the | | | essential functions of the job.) | | | | | | - High School Diploma (or GED |
