We’re looking for a collaborative, driven and curious Construction PMIS Scheduler in Jacksonville, Florida to join our Program Management Team leading a $2B+ construction program that will enhance the lives of K-12 students!
As a key member of our Project Management Team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the Kahua PMIS application - the cloud-based construction project management and collaboration platform designed to streamline project workflows and improve communication among stakeholders. The application is utilized by the project team and client to store project data, process vendor payments, and for customized reporting. You will also provide assistance to the team in developing the program master schedule, tracking and monitoring progress against project schedules using Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) and scheduling applications including but not limited to Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related experience working in a construction project controls environment with experience as a PMIS developer/manager and in construction scheduling, preferably with experience in using PMIS tools.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Kahua, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) and familiarity with PMIS tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address scheduling issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and reporting.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
• Proficient in use of Kahua, Bluebeam, Prolog, Procore and other PMIS platforms
