Position Description:

We are looking for a Cybersecurity focused System Administrator to maintain, upgrade, and manage our software, hardware, and networks for system administration and Tier II help desk support.

This position is located in Jacksonville, Florida.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Support for Annual Security Reviews, System Accreditations, and Command Cyber Readiness Inspections

• Server and Software Security to include Access Control and Incident Reporting

• Information Assurance Vulnerability Management and IAVA familiarity

• Implementation and management of DISA STIG compliance and related tools

• Maintain Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of sensitive customer information

• Set up accounts, devices, and overall server administration

• Install, patch, and configure software and hardware for servers, Cisco switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points

• Support tactical deployment kit setups and exercises utilizing Cisco based equipment

• Perform server backup and restorations along with supporting disaster recovery efforts

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to cybersecurity best practices and system requirements

• Provide Tier II Level Help Desk for multiple sites to include reporting via ticketing system and system access troubleshooting

• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and outages related to cyber, network, and PKI

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 8-10 years experience

• Due to the nature of this government contract, Secret clearance is required.

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, Cybersecurity Analyst, or similar role

• Operating System experience in Red Hat Linux 7 or higher, Ubuntu Core/IoT, Windows 10 or higher, and Windows 2016 Server or higher, and Cisco IOS

• Hardware Experience with tablet devices, Raspberry PI, Cisco switches, routers, wireless controllers, access points, and RFID Technologies

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL 14 or higher, Oracle 19c or higher, SQL Server 2017 or higher, EventStoreDB, and Redis)

• Experience with web servers including IIS 10.x or higher and Apache 2.4 or higher

• Cloud Experience with Microsoft Azure SaaS, IaaS, PaaS (Kubernetes, Azure Postgres, Azure SQL Database, Redis) and or AWS Cloud technology equivalents

• Ability to create scripts in PowerShell, Go, BASH, and Python languages

• Familiarity with Docker Swarm/Kubernetes utilizing YAML and Go templates

• Based on approvals, relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals for the enclave environment

• Experience with networking to include LAN, WLAN, and WAN and associated ports and protocols

• Supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software IA problems

• Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and related administration

Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

Familiarity and/or prior experience with

• RabbitMQ messaging broker

• Visual Studio Code for script writing and Markdown documentation management

• Installation and usage of DISA SCAP scanning tools

• Vulnerability scanning tools such as ACAS SecurityCenter

• DADMS/DIPR-DON Portfolio Repository processes

• DoD computing systems and adhering to regulations
