Description

Southside-based client seeks a Full-Charge Bookkeeper committed to delivering top-notch financial services to our clients. With a focus on integrity, accuracy, and innovation, we provide a comprehensive range of accounting, tax, and advisory services to individuals and businesses of all sizes.

· Manage full-cycle accounting processes for multiple clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software

· Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

· Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial activities are properly recorded and documented.

· Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary financial information and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements

· Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

· Minimum of 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably in a public accounting firm.

· Proficiency in accounting software

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
