Citigroup MarTech Product Manager - C13/VP in Jacksonville, Florida

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled MarTech Product Manager to help drive and implement best in class marketing technology platforms and tools to deliver against Citibank’s US Personal Banking and Wealth strategic vision of generating always on and personalized marketing offers. The individual in this role will inform, plan, and deliver Marketing’s Technology tools that drive acquisition and engagement of customers & prospects across channels. The job requires a deep understanding of one or more of the following technologies/tools and its corresponding architecture landscape: Content Management platforms (e.g. AEM, genAI tools), Orchestration/Personalization platforms (e.g. Pega, Zeta, Adobe Target, Persado, Stensul, Adobe Experience Platform) and Data Management platforms (e.g. AWS, Snowflake, CDPs), This role is responsible for managing the platform lifecycle, supporting cross-functional digital projects, and ensuring high performance, stability, and seamless user experiences. The product manager will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, analytics, risk, technology, product, and design teams to deliver digital first solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Platform Ownership: Oversee MarTech tools, ensuring it meets business requirements, user needs, and performance expectations.

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a strategic roadmap for key platforms in alignment with organizational goals and evolving digital strategies.

  • Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to prioritize, plan, and execute key platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and compliance standards.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders from marketing, IT, and product teams to understand and fulfill digital content and experience needs.

  • Optimization & Upgrades: Manage ongoing platform optimization, including regular upgrades, feature enhancements, and content performance tuning to achieve a high-performing digital experience.

  • Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party vendors and support teams to ensure the efficient operation of the platform.

  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage tools to monitor/optimize for platform performance...

  • Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), APIs, and integrations across MarTech & AdTech tools

  • User Support & Training: Provide guidance and training for content authors, designers, and developers to maintain consistent quality and usability standards across digital content.

  • Governance & Compliance : Enforce governance policies around content, usage, and permissions to ensure security, data privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years working with MarTech tools, back-end systems and API integrations with at least 3 years in a lead or platform owner role.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing technology architecture, backend systems, data dependencies, and front-end interfaces that are required to implement and execute digital marketing campaigns.

  • Product Management Skills: Customer-centric and tech-savvy product leader that has driven technical and operational teams to solutions that focus on delivering outstanding experiences supported by agile and efficient operational processes.

  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies; Act as a change management champion, educating the greater marketing organization on how to leverage new capabilities to drive their strategy.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for evaluating digital performance, user behaviors, and platform metrics.

  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
