Position Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist, Pediatric Eye, will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the overall sales operations, sales force effectiveness, and data analytics to accelerate sales growth across ACUVUE® ABILITI myopia management products across priority channels.

More specifically, in support of Pediatric Eye commercial leaders and their sales strategy development, primary tasks for this role will include:

  • Sales reporting/analytics.

  • SFE initiatives e.g., incentive planning, sales territory routing & account prioritization.

  • New promotion, sales program development.

  • Strategic KPI tracking.

  • Automation and auditing of customer invoices, and sales order tracking.

  • Process improvement for sales operation for frictionless customer experience.

This individual will be expected to deliver the work by:

  • Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, CE, etc.) across the to understand their strategic goals and develop solutions to meet business priorities in North America (Priority) and APAC (Selected).

  • Exercising independent discretion and judgment and solving complex problems taking latitude to change work processes and workflows where needed.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing, measuring, and reporting on sales effectiveness performance with KPI indicators across a variety of strategic initiatives.

  • Development and administration of sales compensation program.

  • Analysis, reporting & communication of sales trends and insights to commercial leaders.

  • Reporting sales results & KPIs to Pediatric eye leadership team and all relevant stakeholders across the organization.

  • Partnering with IT to implement new capabilities and solutions to improve and innovate access, reporting, and action based on sales data.

  • Influencing strategy and developing sales execution tactics through sales analytics and insights

  • Working with supply chain partners to optimize our shipping and invoicing processes to provide optimal customer experience.

  • Managing SFDC.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in business, economics, finance, engineering or equivalent is preferred. MBA is preferred.

  • Minimum of 4-6 years experience in relevant areas is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in one of the following areas is preferred: sales, SFE, commercial operations, finance, analytics or equivalent.

  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization is required.

  • Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel is required.

  • Experience working with data analytics and visualization software such as Sales Force, MicroStrategy, QlikView, Tableau, SQL, SAS or other sales excellence analytics and reporting systems is preferred.

  • Effective communication skills including presentation skills is required.

  • Up to 10% business travel will be required.
