  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Lead and assist PLM pursuits and practice development initiatives

  • Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our client's challenges

  • Technical Advisory and Collaboration: Advise Solution Architects and collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure alignment with client's business objectives

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Partner with clients and vendors to evaluate, select, and implement PLM solutions across various stages of maturity, from exploratory proof of concepts to large-scale integrations. Design and architect solutions that meet business requirements. Implement and customize PTC Windchill PLM modules such as PDMLink, MPMLink, QMS, and ProjectLink, configuration management and Partslink.

Required qualifications

  • 8+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill

  • Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities

  • Configuration and solution architecture experience in Windchill

  • Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Preferred qualifications

  • Prior consulting experience or Fortune 500 organization

  • Sales experience

  • RFP experience

  • Create functional specifications

  • Experience in CAD to PLM to ERP integrations

  • Technical development experience in an enterprise solution

  • Develop data migration strategy

  • Project Management experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $137,700 to $229,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
