Job Summary

The Hospitality Ambassador, reporting directly to the General Manager, plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience in a luxury airport lounge. This role focuses on welcoming guests, providing directions, and ensuring a seamless flow throughout the lounge. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the lounge, providing a warm and hospitable environment.

• Offer clear and concise directions to various areas within the lounge, assisting guests in navigating the space.

• Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and needs.

• Coordinate with the lounge team to ensure all areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for guest use.

• Assist with managing guest flow during peak times, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

• Support the management team in ensuring lounge operations align with luxury service standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact successfully with a diverse range of guests.

• A customer-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.

• A quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments and guest needs.

• Previous experience in hospitality or a customer service-oriented role is a plus.

• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflective of a luxury service environment.
