FT: Facility Grounds Maintenance Manager, Jamestown. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine maintenance and repairs of all vehicles (company vehicles, golf carts, tugs, man-lift. etc., as well as any necessary building maintenance and equipment used within the building (HVAC, lights, compressors, etc.) Ability to research and obtain best options for any out-sourcing that may be required and any replacement materials needed to retain the grounds and buildings in proper working order. Electric and plumbing knowledge is key as well as auto repair / restoration abilities. Janitorial and custodial tasks (ensuring the cleanliness and safety of buildings and grounds). Remove ice and snow from walkways and doors ensuring customer and employee safety. This is not a full description of the daily duties the position fills.
