Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to monitor production assembly processes with a focus on enhancing efficiency. The role involves active participation in production team meetings to facilitate continuous improvement and establishing as well as monitoring inspection plans that meet customer acceptance criteria. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with customer requirements and the Quality Management System, providing engineering assistance for lot acceptance test requirements, writing detailed work instructions, and planning and conducting quality audits with formal reporting.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in related field

• Defense industry experience

• Experience processing AAIE's

• First article inspections

• Control plans & FMEA

Soft Skills

• Strong communication

• Organizational skills
