JOB REQUIREMENTS: Hours: 11pm-7am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Sanitation worker at a great company in the Janesville area. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Sanitation Responsibilities: - Maintain a clean work area and constantly monitor equipment and facility to cleanliness issues - Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement - Follow all company guidelines, rules, safety, FDA, and GMP policies and procedures - Perform tasks at a continual and regular speed within scheduled sanitation time frame - Perform a number of varied jobs associated with the cleaning and sanitation of equipment, utensils, and facility, including proper use of chemicals at proper amounts, the operation and wash down of processing equipment, the use of tray washer, the use of foamer, manual cleaning of equipment and utensils, sweeping/washing floors Sanitation Requirements: - Stand for entire shift - Use hands to grasp, handle, and feel - Reach with hands and arms - Occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear, and taste or smell - Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to focus - Walk up and down stairs and up and down a stationary permanent ladder - Regularly lift and/move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs - Ability to add and subtract 2-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10\'s and 100\'s - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step directions QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
