Required Skills:

Business Product Marketing, Program Manager Responsibilities:

  1. Drive global information technology related programs across the business product marketing organization with cross-functional partners to drive impact, efficiency, effectiveness in support of our product goals and priorities.

  2. Define business strategy, governance and controls across programs like collecting market feedback on all business products across Meta and Planning Go To Market for all key Business Product Solutions with the Business Product Marketing Team.

  3. Ensure the team is aware of key milestone dates, and communicate issues related to staying on schedule.

  4. Develop and manage end-to-end plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions across all programs.

  5. Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, implementation and post-implementation phases of the programs.

  6. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for all programs and tasks assigned.

  7. Manage risks and/or issues and take corrective actions.

  8. Perform risk management and change management across all programs.

  9. Create relationships across teams, moving programs forward, finding resources, reworking schedules, raising concerns to appropriate owners early and resolving open issues that prevent progress.

  10. Managing stakeholders’ communication.

  11. Work closely with Meta's product and engineering teams to define team needs metrics, and key performance indicators.

  12. Provide hands-on project management during all phases of the project lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases) with an emphasis on communication to project sponsors, stakeholders and project teams.

  13. Drive continuous operational efficiency and effectiveness to programs and processes, including embracing new tools, systems, and technology solutions that drive greater efficiency and streamline workflows in close partnership with cross-functional technology and operations business partners.

  14. Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and convert them to technical requirements, manage prioritization with engineering teams to ensure development of new tools and technologies.

  15. Lead requirement gathering for internal tooling and work with key stakeholders to develop and maintain internal tooling & process ecosystem to drive efficiency for the business product marketing team.

  16. Create and maintain the program plans, document changes, track progress against goals, clearly define risks and mitigation plans and share results, including complete root cause analysis of different workflows in order to quantify problems, goals, across priorities.

  17. Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.

  2. Requires two years of experience in the following:

    1. Driving strategic programs, supporting product roadmapping, go-to-market, or product marketing projects with global, cross-functional teams
    1. Managing multiple projects simultaneously using program management methodology and techniques
    1. Working with cross functional teams including both technical and non-technical business audiences within large organizations
    1. Communicating with technical, business, external stakeholders, and senior leadership
    1. Leading strategic and operational Programs
    1. Working with tools, such as Projects Management Software (eg: Asana, Zoho), CRM Systems (eg: Salesforce), Roadmapping software (eg: Aha Roadmaps), Design software (eg: Figma), Launch Management tools, Visualization Software (eg: Power BI), BI & Analytics Software (eg: Tableau), and Data Analytics (eg: SQL)
    1. Developing internal tooling ecosystems to drive efficiency across programs
    1. Budgeting and resource allocation across cross-org teams.

Public Compensation:

$243,333/year to $253,067/year + bonus + equity + benefits
