Oracle PathNet Senior Solution Architect in Jefferson City, Missouri
Job Description
The PathNet Senior Solution Architect is a key role responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of the PathNet system and its associated laboratory instruments. This position ensures that the health system’s laboratory services operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The Architect serves as the subject matter expert, providing leadership in system optimization, troubleshooting, and support for new technology adoption.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
System Support and Maintenance:
Manage the day-to-day operation of the PathNet system, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve system issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
Implement system updates, patches, and configurations in coordination with IT and lab teams.
Integration Management:
Oversee the integration of PathNet with lab instruments, electronic health records (EHR), and other downstream systems.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless interoperability.
Optimization and Development:
Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the system’s efficiency and functionality.
Lead efforts to integrate new laboratory technologies and workflows into PathNet.
Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that PathNet operations adhere to all applicable regulatory standards and internal policies.
Maintain data accuracy and system security to support quality lab results and reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with laboratory staff, IT teams, and clinical leadership to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide training and guidance to users to maximize system effectiveness.
Work with Oracle's world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle's global infrastructure.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with PathNet or similar laboratory information systems.
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, lab instrument integrations, and healthcare IT systems.
Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cerner Millennium and its modules.
Certification in relevant technologies or systems is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and may require occasional after-hours support to address critical system issues.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from $33.94 to $67.88 per hour; from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
