This position will be responsible for a range of accounting and finance support functions, with an emphasis on effective record keeping.

The clerk's duties will be entering high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases with utmost precision and speed and must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail.

• Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
• Assisting with special projects as required
• Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes

Requirements

• Less than one year of experience
• Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
• Candidate must meet a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
• SAP experience
• Proficiency in retail
• Accounting Entries experience preferred
• Data entry experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Strong organization skills
• High school diploma or comparable degree
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
