Sales Trainee/Recruiter

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay- $45k+ (uncapped commission)

As a sales trainee/recruiter, you would do the following:

• Assist our clients with finding the right talent to meet their needs

• Interview candidates to help determine which career opportunity is the best fit for them

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates to determine their goals and skills

• Learn the B2B sales process for career growth
