We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in Jersey City, New Jersey, United States. This role is a vital part of our team, requiring the successful candidate to be involved in various data input tasks, maintain communication with overseas agents, and handle operations related to our accounting center and oversea settlement group.

Responsibilities:

• Handle data input tasks with precision and accuracy

• Foster effective communication with overseas agents and operation offices

• Contribute to our accounting center and oversea settlement group

• Stay organized and detail-oriented in all tasks

• Learn new systems and processes quickly, with exposure to SAP being a plus

• Ensure no prior accounting knowledge or experience is necessary, but an eagerness to learn is appreciated.

Requirements • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Familiarity with accounting software and programs.

• Proficiency in data input and data analysis.

• Strong mathematical and computational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Strong organization and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Willingness to continue developing skills and learning about advancements in the accounting field.

• Proven problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrable ethical behavior, professionalism, and commitment to quality service.
