TEKsystems Compliance Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey

Description:

  • Conduct compliance reviews of swap dealer operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and test procedures to ensure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing and review findings.

  • Utilize Bloomberg and other systems to gather data and execute compliance reviews.

  • Analyze data and identify potential issues or risks, providing recommendations for remediation.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders.

MUST HAVE - Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience within swap dealer compliance.

  • Advisory and large financial institutions. Specific swap dealer compliance.

    • Experience conducting compliance reviews.

    • Monitoring testing experience and procedural scripts.

    • NFA and CFTC rules and regulations.
