Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Jersey City, New Jersey and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Work You’ll Do Create innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Architect enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advise clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures. Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences to create sustaining competitive advantage while leveraging emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. • 50% Travel required nationally. • Telecommuting permitted. • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following: • Providing support in developing and documenting internal business processes and metrics consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies, utilizing Microsoft Visio, Gartner, Forrester, and IBISWorld; • Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel; • Analyzing financial and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization, utilizing Value Case Methodology and Zero-Based Budgeting; • Utilizing Human-Centered Design methodology to provide scalable designs for technical solutions; • Participating in client workshop sessions, capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Mural, Miro, Jira, and Microsoft PowerPoint; • Working across all phases of the Value Case Methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile) for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients; • Modeling, designing, and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI; and • Performing gap analysis and documenting ‘as-is’ versus ‘to-be’ state using SWOT Analysis, Gartner, Forrester, and IBISWorld.
