Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team in Jersey City, New Jersey. As a Finance Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing our accounting functions, managing our financial services, and ensuring the efficient operation of our software systems. This role is integral to maintaining financial health and increasing profitability within our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization

• Efficiently process and manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management

• Implement and manage ADP - Financial Services for streamlined financial operations

• Ensure accurate and timely billing functions within the organization

• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy

• Utilize BlackLine for financial automation and operational efficiency

• Manage and optimize the use of Concur for travel and expense management

• Oversee and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlined business processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is needed.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.

• Familiarity with BlackLine software is required.

• Ability to use Concur software is essential.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is needed.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes is required.

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Auditing skills are essential.

• Experience with Billing Functions is a must.
