We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GenAI Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of GenAI-driven initiatives aimed at increasing banker efficiency and improving banker operations within our Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) team. The successful candidate will work closely with the development team to manage project timelines, communicate technical updates in a clear and understandable manner to business stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery across various GenAI initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial services, a strong understanding of project management, and ideally, experience in GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of GenAI-driven initiatives, ensuring project milestones and timelines are met.

  • Collaborate with development teams, ensuring the technical aspects of the projects align with business requirements and priorities.

  • Communicate complex technical updates in a manner that is understandable to non-technical business stakeholders.

  • Manage delivery risks, proactively identify blockers, and escalate issues in a timely manner to ensure resolution.

  • Meet regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, clarify requirements, and align on project objectives and expectations.

  • Forecast project deliverables and resource needs, maintaining a comprehensive view of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

  • Focus on improving banker efficiency, addressing banker risk, and resolving rank issues to optimize banker operations.

  • Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date, including project plans, risk assessments, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Act as a key point of contact for all project-related inquiries from stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives in financial services.

  • Experience working in Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) is required.

  • A background in implementing or managing AI-driven or GenAI projects is a plus.

  • strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in relation to banker operations, risk management, and efficiency improvements.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, solve problems, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proven experience with forecasting, resource planning, and tracking project progress.

  • strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
