Ensure project execution within budget, scope and timeline; Build a strong relationship with Product owner; Organize and facilitate project resource allocation by working across the organization; Define and update project plan as appropriate to meet changing business needs and technical requirements. Also, track progress against project plan; Define resources and schedule for project implementation; Plan and schedule project deliverable, goals and milestones; Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope, including reducing operational risk; Efficiently identify and resolve project issues; Apply inter-standards for project managers, software development testing, change and release management; Manage project estimations and budgeting process with in-house tracking reporting tools; Manage each initiative given by management from start to end; Review and design the architecture for the new systems; Estimate effort and ensure timely delivery; Ensure agile and continuous delivery methodology is followed; Ensure the release management / change management processes are followed; Give clear and consistent reports to the clients and management; Assess risks and develop contingent strategies; Collaborate with other teams (networking, systems, quality insurance, support, architects, others development teams); Participate as a motivated, proactive and highly contributing member of the global team; and Manage several streams of work concurrently. Telecommuting permitted 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to Jersey City office.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or any occupation/position/job title involving Liquidity Risk project management.Must also have the following special skills: 5 years of professional experience designing IT solutions based on business requirements; 5 years of professional experience participating in the design, integration and organization of technical solutions; 5 years of professional experience translating requirements into functional use cases and specification documents; 5 years of professional experience performing Liquidity risk and regulatory analysis; 5 years of professional experience executing SQL queries; 5 years of professional experience building applications for Liquidity Stress testing; and 5 years of professional experience utilizing release and change management processes.
