US Development LLC Project Manager-Assistant in JERSEY CITY, New Jersey
Job title: Project Manager-AssistantJob location: Jersey City, NJ and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.Number of positions: 1 opening.Wage: $139,214.00/yr.Job description: Prepare master schedule for contractor/subcontractor agreements; Prepare breakeven analysis; develop time impact analysis financial reports, change order documentation; create reports estimating time & cost for change orders; coordinate project control requirements with clients working on Building Information modelling using ProCore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project; Develop 4D model integrating schedule with 3D model & showlogistic site related issues, make recommendations for time & financial recovery from setbacks.Education and experience required: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or ConstructionManagement or Construction Engineering plus 1 year experience in job offered or as Engineer or Estimator or Manager.
