Job Overview:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects with minimal guidance, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget, to customer satisfaction.

  • Provide comprehensive data management expertise to Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to provide high quality data management products that meet customer needs.

  • Provide leadership to the team in the areas of project planning, execution, and close-out; financial management; communications; and milestone deliverables.

Requirements:

Data Team Lead:

  • Bachelor's Degree Health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field

  • 5 years direct Data Management experience, including 3 or more years as a CDM project lead. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Sr. Data Team Lead:

  • Bachelor's Degree Health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field

  • 7 years of Data Management experience, including 5 or more years as a CDM project lead preferred.

Please note that requirements for this position do not align with an Analyst, Architect Data Entry, Design, Engineering, IT, or Research role. Applicants that do not meet the requirements for the position will not be considered.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $84,400.00 - $160,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
