The Welding and Fabrication Site Manager is responsible for the administrative, financial, and operating aspects of the Container Repair site located in Lyndhurst NJ. The responsibility consists of safety, quality, procedure, efficiency and productivity of operations of our Lyndhurst Site.

Coordinate, schedule, and audit maintenance repairs to include preventative, refurbish, replacement, mechanical and electrical repairs to containers, compactors, dumpsters and other equipment needed to support operations.
Communicating with Operations Leadership, prioritize and direct work to meet internal and external customer needs
Monitor technician work levels and productivity
Oversight of repair facilities, assuring a clean, safe, efficient working environment
Ensure policies, systems and practices are in place to prevent and eliminate business disruptions
Ensure quality, compliance, and safety
Control repair, inventory, and labor costs
Monitor technician work levels and productivity

Lead process improvement initiatives and direct management of Container management processes
Ensure that equipment is in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations
Ensure safety processes and procedures are up to date
Requirements and Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in operations management. Experience in Welding / fabricating and process management is a must.
Knowledge of finance and accounting practices, financial analysis, and reporting
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
Excellent ability to communicate and lead individuals/teams
