National Food Manufacturer is seeking a direct-hire Maintenance Supervisor. This position is located near Jessup, Maryland. The Maintenance Supervisor is on first shift and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department, including installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.

The salary is commensurate with experience ranging up to $85K, plus an opportunity for a bonus, and other great benefits! All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

responsibilities:

• Prioritize effectively to minimize operational disruptions given established equipment importance and current production circumstances

• Enforce and comply with all of Elite Spice's policies, procedures, general safety laws and regulations, food safety guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices

• Manage up to 20+ direct reports
