A Typical Day for an Accounts Payable Specialist at our Network Support Center:

  • Ensure procedures are followed to promote strong internal controls. Steps to include: invoices scanned and managed within paperless AP, routing for approval, invoice register review, printing and disbursement of checks/ACH.

  • Complete the month end AP final check run, as well as period end processing and reports.

  • Manage the process for all Network Support Center (NSC) invoices to be paid timely and accurately.

  • Respond to Vendor inquiries.

  • Update procedures related to Accounts Payable.

  • Provide training and back-up for all Accounts Payable coordinator positions.

  • Maintain construction in progress files and spreadsheet, as well as other spreadsheets as needed.

  • Logging and processing of daily cash receipts at the NSC.

  • Complete monthly and quarterly responsibilities as specifically assigned.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Current Opening: Monday- Friday, 8am to 4:30pm

Compensation:

  • The pay range for this position is $16.80 - $22.00 / hour. Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.

  • Daily Pay App: Opportunity to elect to receive daily payments through our app connected to our timekeeping systems.

  • 3-5 years: 3 - 5 years of business experience in accounts payable
