While challenging in nature, this opportunity will maintain highly-confidential information while providing support to executives and their direct reports in multiple countries.

Day to day requirements include:

• Coordinating global travel arrangements

• Creating responses to correspondence on behalf of the manager

• Determines best course of action on issues that arise when the manager is unavailable

• Produce and support complex Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems

• Scheduling appointments, arranging for meeting and conferences, and managing their calendar

• Preparing tailored letters, emails, complete reports, agendas, and meeting minutes

• Gathering and summarizing data for reports

• Answering the telephone and assisting callers

• Receiving visitors and responding promptly to a wide array of questions

• Develop knowledge and understanding of company policies and participating in development planning activities

• Working closely with the other Executive Assistants

Requirements

Experience we are seeking:

• Strong proactive communication skills

• Team player mentality

• Experience in planning and organizing

• Management in policy and procedures

• 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant OR 1-3 years of experience PLUS education
