Alaant Customer Service Coordinator in Johnstown, New York

Position Highlights :

As a Customer Service Coordinator , you’ll be handling inbound customer calls, processing orders, and providing accurate quotes. We’re looking for a proactive professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support. If you have experience in a call center or manufacturing environment, we’d love to speak with you!

Hours and Benefits for the Customer Service Coordinator :

  • $24-$27 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities for the Customer Service Coordinator :

  • Order and Quote Management : Accurately monitor, track, and enter customer orders and quotes to align with company standards.

  • Customer Communication : Respond to inquiries, manage email requests, and provide timely updates on order statuses.

  • Information Processing : Input data into CRM and ERP systems, maintain Excel spreadsheets for order tracking, and oversee customer interactions through portals.

  • Quote Preparation : Prepare quotes from the company catalog and collaborate with management for approval before issuing.

Requirements for the Customer Service Coordinator :

  • Experience : 3-5 years in customer service, sales support, or a related field.

  • Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required), experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and ERP systems (Syteline preferred).
